Orlando Health is committed to providing our team members with a comprehensive benefit program. We offer each full-time and part-time team member a wide variety of health, life, and disability options tailored to meet your specific needs.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
    May be used for vacations, holidays, illness or any activity that requires you to be absent from work.
  • Extended Leave Bank (ELB)
    Provides protection against long-term illness. These hours are available for use following a specific amount of consecutive lost work hours due to personal illness.
  • Retirement Savings Plan (RSP)
    Following one year of employment, Orlando Health contributes a percentage of the team member's pay towards their RSP, and provides matching funds based on their tax-deferred contributions.
  • Shift Differential
    Pays an additional percentage of the team member's base pay for evening, night, weekend, or holiday hours worked.
  • Medical & Dental Plans
    Several insurance options are available for both medical and dental plans for full-time, variable full-time and part-time team members.
  • Flexible Spending
    Provides an opportunity for team members to deduct projected expenses for dependent daycare upon benefits eligibility or non-covered healthcare (after one year of employment) from their pre-tax pay.
  • Life Insurance
    For full-time team members, coverage is equal to their base annual pay; part-time team members are also covered for a specific amount of life insurance. Supplemental and dependent coverage are available at a low cost.
  • Long-Term Disability
    Eligible team members receive benefits equal to a specific amount of their base pay following a specific number of days of total disability.
  • Short-Term Disability
    May be purchased by eligible team members to protect their income in case of illness or injury preventing work. There are three waiting period options from which to choose.
Home Life/Work Life Benefits

Orlando Health is proud of the many programs and benefits it has in place to help valued team members balance between home and work.
  • Tuition Reimbursement
    Available to team members after one year of employment. Covers tuition and book expenses up to a specific amount for both full-time and part-time team members.
  • Awards Banquet
    Annual recognition banquet at which team members are honored for five-year increments of service.
  • Sick Child Care
    "Sniffles, Ouches and Sneezes" is a sick-child care center, on our main campus, available to mildly ill children of team members.
  • Credit Union
    Provides full-service federal credit union services including low-cost loans, high dividends on savings, and payroll deduction for savings and loan payments.
  • On-Site Wellness Center
    Provides an exercise and physical fitness environment for team members at a discounted fee. Massages by certified therapists are also available at discounted rates.
