Research

Every resident is encouraged to conceive and implement research projects leading to national meeting presentation and publication. In May of 2012, PICC Line Complications in Pregnancy was presented as a poster at the ACOG Annual Clinical meeting by Dr. Torre Halscott.

The program provides:

  • Support for clinical and laboratory research by resident physicians
  • Assistance in preparation of the research and publication
  • Full-time, department-specific Research Director and Research Nurse dedicated to providing support for the Resident physicians in current research and publications
